If a fresh dairy product arrives compromised, leaking, or fails to meet standard freshness benchmarks upon immediate inspection, you may request an exchange or credit refund within 24 hours of delivery. To process a freshness claim, you must submit a clear photographic validation of the product condition along with the batch tracking label stamped on the container.
3.2 Food Safety & Perishable Exclusions
To maintain strict food safety, biosecurity, and health standards for our community, dairy items that have been unsealed, left unrefrigerated, or consumed past the 24-hour delivery window cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
3.3 Resolution & Wallet Credit Timeline
Once your freshness claim is verified by our agricultural quality control hub, approved resolutions are processed as immediate store wallet credit or direct financial refunds within 3-5 business days. Return logistics for verified delivery mishaps or temperature compromises will be fully handled and coordinated by MilkVale.
