However, because dairy is a highly perishable commodity, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that an authorized individual is present to receive the delivery and immediately transfer the items to optimal refrigeration.
2.2 Natural Variances & Proper Storage
We source pure, unadulterated dairy products from free-range, grass-fed livestock without the use of artificial growth hormones or synthetic preservatives. Because our products are entirely natural, minor variances in cream thickness, natural coloring, and seasonal flavor profiles may occur. MilkVale is not liable for premature spoilage or flavor degradation resulting from improper home refrigeration or delayed storage after delivery.
2.3 Temperature-Controlled Logistics Across Pakistan
By placing an order, you agree to provide valid, precise, and accessible delivery coordinates within Pakistan. We transport our fresh dairy items using specialized cold-chain logistics, insulated thermal boxing, and ice gel packs to ensure structural safety and optimal temperature retention. While we coordinate with high-priority local courier networks for rapid transport, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external courier constraints or inaccessible addresses.
